Add onto that the potential outcomes — intense elation when it turns out well, or disappointment and sometimes anger if it doesn't meet expectations. A remodeler is tasked with creating a new space that must meet and often exceed their clients' vision. As a remodeler, creating only a functional space usually doesn't put a project over the line into exceptional.
