Insulation boards help with moisture management The KINGSPAN INSULATION GreenGuard brand portfolio of products features XPS insulation board, air-barrier building wraps and accessories. GreenGuard XPS Insulation Boards are suited for myriad applications including below slab, inside basement walls and as exterior insulation over wood sheathing. Meeting ASHRAE and IECC codes for continuous insulation blanket requirements when installed directly over studs or wood sheath- ing, the insulation boards serve as a second layer of moisture protection and have an R-value of 5.0 per in. of thickness.
