want to be?
KK: Picasso.
QR: What is your most treasured possession?
KK: A shoe box full of old letters, drawings
and photos. I like to look through it every
now and again to try to piece together what
I was like before I was in the remodeling
industry.
QR: What motivates you every day?
KK: Fear of failure.
QR: Right now, what is your focus as a re-
modeler — more growth or steady revenue
at greater profitability? Please explain.
KK: We have grown over the past couple of
years but now our focus is on getting better,
not bigger.
