Mark engages his clients in a three-step process. e first step is design. "We do multiple concepts, and they provide feedback about what they like and don't like," he says. "en we refine it until we get it right. It generally takes about one month and two to three design meetings. is step also includes 3-D renderings and floor plans of the space." e second step, which also takes about a month, focus- es on obtaining permits and completing working drawings and structural engineering. Also, this includes material and product selection, and interior design. ird, and finally, is the actual build, taking about two to three months. "is particular build was part of a slightly larger project," Mark recalls, "but the bathroom took about two months."
