A complete remodel of the space results
in an overall aesthetic of a modern take
of traditional hacienda style. Prideaux ex-
plains that many of the materials used are
traditionally found in the Southwest, but
the way the materials are used becomes a
twist on the expected. Sustainability and
environmental awareness were consider-
ations. Passive water harvesting is used
throughout, and the plants were selected
carefully to all be low-water, native varieties.
