Door Customization and Pre-finishing: A custom milling
machine uses the digital image to cut each door to
specification including jamb structure, lockset and hinge
pockets. The doors are then pre-painted in HighMark
Digital's factory and shipped to the dealer.
Installation: Since every door was made to fit a specific
jamb and doors arrive to the dealer pre-painted and
ready-to-be-installed, every door in a home can be
installed in 2-3 hours, rather than 2-3 days.
