Users can save time and e†ort by uploading, editing and scheduling hundreds of social media posts at once in comma-sepa- rated values (CSV) format. An overview of all content is displayed in a list and can be shown in daily, weekly or monthly looks. Remodelers then have the ability to create and export custom reports that show their re- sults with Hootsuite's social media analytics. •ey can see a clear, concise snapshot of their key Facebook, Instagram and Twitter activity to track trends and measure growth, with no setup required. Users learn more about how followers engage with their content and can export the reports in just one click. •e metrics also enable remodelers to track how long it takes their team to re- spond to—and then resolve—posts, men- tions and comments assigned to them. Hootsuite o†ers a limited free plan as well as paid plans that start at $29 per month and range up to $599 per month. Custom solutions, which are readily available for enterprise organizations, have their own unique pricing structure. BUFFER Bu†er makes it easy for businesses and marketing teams to schedule posts, analyze performance and manage all their accounts from one place. Remodelers can schedule content for each social account, and the platform will publish them automatically, according to the posting schedule put in place. More than 80,000 businesses, in- cluding Microsoft, already use Bu†er, the company says. Users can respond to messages from Twitter, Facebook and Instagram from a simple team inbox, which eliminates the need to hop be- tween channels. Filters let them bypass the chatter of social media so team members can focus on meaningful conversations, engage in real-time and serve customers as well as the community. Public tweets can be moved to direct messages with just one click. Actionable data enables users to see their social media performance, understand how to improve results, and create reports for man- agers or clients. •ey also have the ability to add up to 25 team members to their Bu†er account and grant the appropriate access level—full posting or approval required.
