Frames handle loads for large openings MITEK 's Hardy Frame brand builds upon the success of its HFX Panel with the launch of its CFS Moment Frame. The prefabricated cold-formed steel (CFS) moment frame offers high lateral-load resistance in narrow wall or pier lengths, making it ideal for creating large architectural openings for moveable glass walls and windows. While frames can be installed back-to-back to double capacity, a "picture frame" iteration of the product, the Hardy Frame CFS Picture Frame, is effective in multistory design and construction.
