Designed to be more than just a bar, the fashionable space gives its community a destination for socialization and entertainment. A design concept of elegant industrial combines steel, concrete and brick with the use of natural materials, rich textures and simple profiles. Locating the right products proved to be difficult at times because many readily available, off-the-shelf interior commodities fell short of the desired aesthetics. Exposing all systems required additional direction for the individual trade contractors.
