When paired with an in- tegrated Powerwall home battery, solar energy is stored and con- verted into electricity. e amount of electricity produced by a Solar Roof can be customized to fit a home's needs by using two types of glass tile—solar tile and nonsolar tile—on a roof, with both providing the same appearance from street level. e company guarantees the durability of the glass solar tiles with a warranty for the lifetime of a home.
