Cool roofing color additions
CERTAINTEED ROOFING adds to its Solaris solar reflective shingle collection with
color options that are rated by the Cool Roofing Rating Council and meet California
Title 24 requirements for steep-slope cool roofing. Additions to the collection are:
Landmark Solaris in weathered wood, Georgetown gray, resawn shake and heather
blend; Landmark PRO Solaris in max def weathered wood, max def Georgetown gray,
max def resawn shake and max def heather blend; and Presidential Shake Solaris and
Presidential Shake TL Solaris in autumn blend and country gray.

hardware with one lock point at the center of
the top check-rail automatically locks when

options, and hardware finishes.

Trim with fastener-free finish
TRIM SOLUTIONS allows exterior trim to be built on
jobsites with its QuickTrim System featuring a Hidden-
Fastening System. The cellular PVC system is low main-
tenance, weather-resistant, and does not require face
nailing, painting or caulking. In addition to an optional
J-channel for use with vinyl siding, the system includes
a PVC flat stock board with a nailing flange and starter
strip. The trim system is currently available throughout
the Northeast through Boise Cascade locations, with
plans to expand distribution nationwide.

a triple-composite formula—of inorganic minerals,
polymeric resins and acrylic colorants—to provide
strength, durability and ease of installation. The
composite siding is lightweight and easy to cut and
install. Two profiles of siding—4 ½-in. and 6
