LEAP ONE Designed to provide home improvement contractors with a simple solution to go digital, Leap aims to solve the pain points of running a business, such as writing accurate estimates and contracts, ensuring salespeople maintain current price guides, and promptly passing along orders to the office. Leap creates a paperless in-home sales process. e app can be integrated with CRM systems—MarketSharp, Lead Perfection, improveit 360 and Salesforce— to access customer information in the field. Similarly, the app can import measurements taken using EagleView and use them to further estimates. Because the app can be customized with the manufacturers, prod- ucts and pricing offered by a user/company, it "reacts" to information, so only the win- dow offerings, for example, that will fit per the measurements will appear as a selectable option for estimates and contracts. Contracts and proposals can include drawings and visuals of the products selected and/or discussed. Financing options can be directly integrated through the app, includ- ing partnerships with Green Sky and Service Finance; the app allows for dynamic reaction if a customer is seeking certain terms or pay- ment plans. JOBFLEX To help contractors and service profes- sionals create quick and easy quotes in the field, JobFLEX pro- duces high-impact es- timates complete with images and quick access material. Estimates can be created from any- where —without cel- lular service or Wi-Fi connection—ensuring quotes and estimates can be in-hand before the end of the meeting. Each estimate and document can be customized with a unique cover page; by incorporating photos; and choosing whether to list quantities, financ- ing or line item pricing on quotes. Users can add their company's contracts or terms and conditions to documents. Users can upgrade to a JobFLEX Basic or Pro package. e Basic package allows project files—customer information, photos, quotes and estimates, and more—to be uploaded to a secure file where they can be organized and accessed from a mobile device or computer. FIELDWIRE Recognizing construction management is challenging, Fieldwire provides a construction management platform that connects a proj- ect team—including subcontractors—with drawings and blueprints, lean construction scheduling, and building and punch list fea- tures. e drawing and blueprint app works even when offline and allows for markups, annotations and hyperlinks to be added di- rectly onto blueprints. Unlimited drawings can be added to the plan viewer. Fieldwire's construction scheduling software aids with the day-to-day execution of a construction schedule by making it easy to create and as- sign tasks—designating an owner, priority, due date and category.
