With a self-contained hose and
cord storage, the portable dust
extractor has manual and auto-
matic functions, and low sound
at 67 db. Integrated to stack and
pack with Systainers, the system can be carried by the handle or an optional

The BUILDCLEAN dust control system
removes 90 percent of airborne dust by drawing
in air, passing it through a series of filters and
returning the air back into space. Dynamic fan
speed control increases motor speed as filters load
to maintain the desired cfm airflow. An auto mode
lets the unit work without supervision, and LED
filter status monitoring has stop-light LED lights
that indicate when to clean or replace the filter.

The DWV012 10 gallon Wet/Dry HEPA Dust Extractor from
DEWALT includes auto filter cleaning — dual filters
pulse automatically and regularly to prevent filter
blinding. The dust extractor has a telescoping
handle, large rear wheels to roll over cords and
debris without tipping, crush-proof hose, and
the dual wet/dry HEPA filters provide 99.97
percent efficiency at 0.3 microns. Tool actu-
ation allows users to turn on the tool
and extractor at the same time, and
an AirLock adaptor allows for con-
nection to the company's tools.
