Hurst Design Build Remodel Middleburg Heights, Ohio GQ All-Time Recommend Rate: 100% GQ 2014 Recommend Rate: 100% Type of Firm: Design/Build Website: hurstremodel.com Daniel and Patrick Hurst Listen, communicate and always do what is right! We like to think providing a great customer expe- rience really can be that simple. We start by giving our clients multiple opportunities and ways to communicate with us so we can really listen, whether it's through email, weekly-one-on-one meetings, or our online schedules and daily logs. Clients are invited to share their concerns or feelings on a regular basis, and we let them know that it's "okay" and expected. Our company then focuses on communicating. First, we do this by sharing as much information about the project as we can so the client is informed, has fewer questions and wonders less about what is happening. We provide our clients with live access to the entire project schedule online as well as report daily to the client with the day's progress. Weekly project review meetings with our project managers are required to review questions, details and walk the site with the the client. Lastly, we live our core values everyday which guides our thought and decision-making process to always do the right thing for our clients. Tey can see this in the care we take to make sure their experience and their project is the best it can be. JD Norris Construction Co. Inc. dba DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen Aiken, S.C. So we have an adopted an approach that attempts to meet the customer's needs through premium quality and innovative ideas. GQ All-Time Recommend Rate: 100% GQ 2014 Recommend Rate: 100% Type of Firm: Design/Build Website: houseworksunlimited.com Craig Knott, CR From the frst time we meet a prospective client, they are made aware of our process and how we communicate that. It is explained how disruptive a remodel can be. Tey know what is going to happen from week to week, who is going to be doing it, and what to expect from the renovation. Nothing is hidden. If trouble arises or something good happens, they are told. We have also gotten high marks for how organized and clean our jobsites are. Taking time during the day to straighten up a little, goes a long way. We also make time at the end of the day clean up and put away supplies/tools. You know clients are going to stick their noses in after we leave. QualifiedRemodeler.com | ForResidentialPros.com QR July 2015 33
