Thin, retractable downdraft The Cattura Downdraft from BEST can be installed with a cooktop, freestanding range, drop-in or slide-in range, or built-in oven with a cooktop due to its FlexBlower sys- tem, which allows up to nine ducting options. Including a 10-minute, time-delay shut-off and Heat Sentry technology that detects excessive heat and adjusts fan speed accord- ingly, the downdraft is a thin, retractable unit that raises up to 18 in. and contains a front touch-control panel.
